Ronnie Nelson For Colorado State
 Representative House District 5

I'm running for Colorado State Representative because I want to make a difference and create a positive impact in my Denver Community and the State of Colorado. I'm will help reduce or remove the outrageous fees, and taxes imposed on you and your families, like the car registration fee, and increasing property taxes. I want to be a Representative for the State of Colorado, because I want to serve my community. I know I can make a positive difference, and common sense needs to be integrated into our legislature.

I will stand strong for the Conservative values and fight for Liberty for all!

We have two choices with government. More government or less government. I'm for less government.

You have to stand for something or you will fall for anything.
And this is what I stand for:

* Individual Liberty
* Limited Government
* The Free Market
* The Rule of Law
* Faith And Faith-Based Initiatives
* A Color-Blind Society
* National Security
* US Sovereignty
* School Choice and Vouchers
* Energy Independence
* Tax Cuts
* Welfare Reform
* Political Free Speech
* Homeowner Rights
* The War on Terrorism
* Second Amendment

*We Embrace The U.S. Constitution And The Declaration Of Independence,
  Which Recognizes Our God-Given Right To Be Free

Edmund Burke said it best. "No one could make a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little."

I will always fight for less government, less taxes, less regulations and more freedom with liberty for all.

What are the three most pressing problems facing our state and how do I plan to address them?

· Out of Control Budget and Mounting Deficit

· Ever Increasing Taxes and Fees.

· Unemployment

I would address these problems by voting for budget cuts and demanding a real balance budget. I would work toward reducing fees and lowering taxes and I would vote against increasing future taxes. I would get government out of the way of small business so jobs can be created. The Free Market only needs to be unobstructed to succeed.

I would specifically grow the Colorado economy and create jobs by promoting our energy capabilities, reducing prohibitive taxes and working with small business. Reducing taxes creates jobs and attracts more businesses to Colorado. Our energy potential is immense and needs to be cultivated safely.

I hope these succinct answers are sufficient, if you wish me to elaborate please ask.

My name is Ronnie Nelson - I'm running for Colorado State Representative House District 5
